At the time we began the project with The Lake Doctors, they were using 5 different software programs to manage their accounts and workflow. None of their nationwide offices shared information or had real-time data. They actually mailed a USB drive to each office in-order to coordinate information. We designed a workflow system that combined all 5 software programs into one cloud based system, allowing their office to share and have real time data. New system increased work flow and productivity by 75%.
